Neymar responds after being accused of being 'hooked on whiskey' and late-night gaming sessions following return to Santos

Neymar has responded to a series of claims levelled at him by taking legal action against a Brazilian journalist. The Santos forward has struggled to deliver on the pitch in a disappointing second spell at his boyhood club and journalist Rodolfo Gomes has claimed that Neymar's personal life is impacting his on-pitch displays.

  • Neymar takes action against journalist

As per the , Neymar's representatives NR Sports have labelled Gomes' claims as "reckless, defamatory, slanderous and false" and will be taking action against the journalist who first made the accusations against the forward in a video on his channel Futeboteco. NR Sports said: "All civil and criminal legal measures are being taken to hold those involved accountable."

Gomes has said that Brazil's all-time top goalscorer is "hooked on whisky with energy drinks, smokes shisha", as well as only going to sleep at around 5am. The journalist said that Neymar will not play for the club again this year and believes the star is starting to have a negative impact on his team-mates. Gomes claimed that Santos had been having to train later in the day to accommodate Neymar, and that the head coach was growing frustrated with the supposed existing situation.

These allegations have also been repeated by other Brazilian outlets, but the claims have not been confirmed and Neymar and his representatives are unhappy with what they feel are unfair and untrue comments. The Brazilian has struggled back at Santos with injuries holding back the former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star from recapturing his best form. Neymar had returned to the Brazilian division with the hope of regaining his spot in the national team ahead of the 2026 World Cup, but with time and options running out, it is unclear whether Neymar will persuade Carlo Ancelotti to bring him back into the fold.

Brazil star finds the funny side

Neymar offered his own, more comical, response to the claims of Gomes. The Brazilian posted a photo of a Red Bull can with the caption, "ADDICTED to Red Bull. This one’s great," in a deliberate attack at the journalists making such claims about him. The forward has so often found his name amongst the headlines, but, as his career has dwindled, these headlines have tended to lean more on his life away from the football pitch. The Brazilian has been a global star ever since breaking into the Santos first-team as a teenager and his move to Barcelona made him one of the most famous sportsmen in the world. Since leaving Spain, Neymar has suffered with an array of injuries and inconsistency. While he dazzled in Paris, the Brazilian never assumed the throne as the best player in the world and would eventually leave through the backdoor to Saudi Arabia, a move which proved a complete disaster. Offered an escape by Santos, Neymar had looked to be turning his career around, but yet more injury has tormented the 33-year-old.

  • Neymar maintains support from the greats

Despite his patchy form for Santos, Neymar has been given the backing of some of Brazil's greatest players. Former Selecao striker Ronaldo has urged Ancelotti to take the unique forward to the World Cup, even if he is no longer the player he once was. Ronaldo said: "He's a key player for the Brazilian national team . We don't have another player like Neymar. And we hope he's 100% for the World Cup, because if he is, we'll definitely have better results than if he's not.

"It's an exaggeration on the part of this minority who believe he's neglecting his physical recovery. Anyone who's played football understands perfectly how difficult it is to come back from an injury and regain rhythm and confidence. He's on time. The other day, I was playing tennis with Luisa Stefani, the São Paulo Open doubles champion, and she tore her cruciate ligament at the same time as Neymar. She still feels pain. It's a gradual process."

Santos struggle with or without the enigmatic Neymar

Neymar remains sidelined with an injury to his quadriceps. Meanwhile, Santos continue to play without their talisman and continue to suffer in Serie A. The club are languishing in 15th place and have just seven wins from 23 games in the league this season. It is unclear how long Neymar will remain at the club and he may seek a fresh opportunity ahead of the World Cup in a bid to find inspiration.

Barcelona player ratings vs Newcastle: Marcus Rashford, that is sensational – Man Utd outcast silences St. James' Park with breathtaking brace

Marcus Rashford has belatedly arrived at Barcelona – and all it took was a return to England to spark the Manchester United misfit into life, with the forward netting a breathtaking brace in the Blaugrana's 2-1 win over Newcastle at St. James' Park.

Despite sitting deep, the home side caused the Spanish champions plenty of problems on the break during the first half, with Anthony Elanga particularly lively. However, Rashford broke the deadlock just before the hour mark with a fantastic header that Alan Shearer would have been proud of, and then completely silenced St. James' Park with a thumping strike from outside the area that also evoked memories of Newcastle's legendary No.9.

Credit to the Magpies, they kept battling and pulled a goal back in the final minute of normal time when Anthony Gordon turned in Jacob Murphy's ring-wing cross but it was very much a case of too little, too late.

Below, GOAL rates all of the Barcelona players on show as Rashford revived his hopes of representing England at next year's World Cup…

    Goalkeeper & Defence

    Joan Garcia (7/10):

Already looking like one of the signings of the season. The former Espanyol goalkeeper maintained his excellent start to his Barcelona career thanks in no small part to a brilliant save from Harvey Barnes when the game was still scoreless.

    Jules Kounde (6/10):

Picked out Rashford in the area for the game's opening goal but also lost Gordon late on when the England international breathed new life into the game.

    Pau Cubarsi (7/10):

By no means flawless but incredible to think he's still only 18 years of age. Another impressively composed performance at the heart of the Barca defence before being withdrawn with just over 20 minutes to go.

    Ronald Araujo (7/10):

Got the nod ahead of Andreas Christensen to partner Cubarsi and justified his inclusion with a commanding display, even if his passing was a bit wayward at times.

    Gerard Martin (5/10):

The weak link in Barca's backline, Martin was given all sorts of problems by Anthony Elanga (who was inexplicably subbed in the second half by Eddie Howe!) and went in the book for a tactical foul on Bruno Guimaraes just before the break.

    Midfield

    Frenkie de Jong (7/10):

The Dutchman helped Barca take the sting out of the game with his typically precise passing. As a neutral, good to see him back to his best.

    Pedri (7/10):

By no means his most impressive display but the Spain international never looked remotely ruffled by the initially raucous atmosphere. Just so hard to get the ball off – and almost never gives it away.

    Fermin Lopez (5/10):

Unable to maintain his recent good form. Fermin only created one chance and never looked like scoring.

    Attack

    Raphinha (5/10):

Showed some good touches here and there, and his work-rate was good, as per usual. But he was pretty poor by his high standards.

    Robert Lewandowski (4/10):

Can't fault the Pole for effort. He was never afraid to have a go and, on another day, he might have scored at least once. But this was his first start of the season after his recent fitness issues  – and it showed.

    Marcus Rashford (9/10):

Absolutely sensational! Rashford kickstarted his Barcelona career in stunning fashion and it's now going to be fascinating to see if he can build on his wonderful double.

    Subs & Manager

    Andreas Christensen (6/10):

Came on for Cubarsi and helped Barca see out the game – just about.

    Ferran Torres (5/10):

Took over up top from Lewandowski but didn't get a sight of goal.

    Eric Garcia (N/A):

Only came on for the final 10 minutes.

    Dani Olmo (N/A):

Part of a late double substitution with Garcia.

    Marc Casado (N/A):

Brought on for Fermin in injury time to waste a few precious seconds.

    Hansi Flick (7/10):

Barca weren't at their brilliant best – the absence of Yamal was undoubtedly a factor in that regard – but they got the job done and Flick will be thrilled with Rashford's contribution.

He's Cherki 2.0: Man City now targeting "technically beautiful" £60m star

It has certainly been an active summer transfer window so far for Manchester City. Pep Guardiola’s side, who came third in the Premier League last term, look vastly different to 2024/25. Outgoings have included Jack Grealish to Everton and Kevin De Bruyne signing for Napoli upon the expiration of his contract.

With those departures, there have been some new signings too. One of their marquee additions this summer has been to sign Lyon and French attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki. He cost the Citizens £30m, and is one of the players purchased to help revitalise their attack.

However, it seems like City will not stop there when it comes to signing a new attacker. They have recently been linked to another exciting young forward.

City’s new attacking target

City have been on the hunt for a new attacker over the past few days. One of the names who has cropped up is Real Madrid and Brazil star Rodrygo, with a £85m deal quoted.

Transfer Focus

Mega money deals, controversial moves and big-name flops. This is the home of transfer news and opinion across Football FanCast.

At this stage, it is unclear if that will go through, and City may have identified an alternative.

According to a recent report from Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, City have placed AS Monaco and France under-21 international Maghnes Akliouche ‘to their shortlist’ ahead of a potential move this summer.

AS Monaco's MaghnesAkliouche

He is seen as a cheaper alternative to Rodrygo, with Monaco reportedly asking for £60m earlier in the window. This is an open race, with City set to go head-to-head for his signature with German side Bayer Leverkusen, who view him as their ‘dream target’ this summer.

Why Akliouche would be a good signing

At 23 years of age, Akliouche is becoming a key player for Monaco. Having broken through their academy, he has now firmly established himself as a crucial part of their squad on his favoured right wing, where he shone last term.

Maghnes Akliouche for AS Monaco.

In the 2024/25 campaign, the Frenchman played 43 times for Monaco across all competitions. He managed to find the back of the net on seven occasions and provided an impressive 12 assists.

It was the French top flight where Akliouche really stood out. Monaco’s number 11 registered 15 goals and assists in 32 Ligue 1 matches. The best of the bunch was surely this sublime overhead kick against Stade Rennais at the start of the calendar year.

This deal certainly has shades of the move to bring Cherki to East Manchester this summer, and Akliouche could be the second coming of his fellow French star.

Although the former Lyon forward is only a few games into his City career, he has already made a big impression.

He played four times for the Citizens in the recent Club World Cup, where he scored one goal and assisted another.

On top of that, he made 44 appearances for boyhood side Lyon last term, where he scored 12 goals and set up a further 20.

Indeed, both players have been spoken highly of in the past. Football scout Antonio Mango described Akliouche as a “technically beautiful” footballer, with former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf praising Cherki for being “one of the best players already on earth” when it comes to his skilful nature.

On top of that, the stats from last term back up just how close these two players are. For example, the Moncao star averaged 0.71 goal-creating actions and 4.76 progressive carries per 90 minutes. In comparison, City’s new number 29 averaged 0.88 goal-creating actions and 4.67 progressive carries each game.

It is easy to see why Akliouche could be considered the second coming of Cherki. Both are left-footed, right-sided players who thrive with the ball at their feet and bring great skill to the pitch.

For a fee of £60m, this could be a perfect Rodrygo alternative for City and an excellent addition to their squad to improve their technical levels.

Matt Taylor pegs home side back after bright start

After a frustrating day of no action on day one, Gloucester won the toss and put Glamorgan in to bat on a dampish pitch at Sophia Gardens. With the previous day’s torrential rain a thing of the past, the home side started well when play began at midday, but then found themselves pinned back by another great spell from Matt Taylor.Having picked up three wickets for 18 runs in the T20 Vitality Blast final triumph over Somerset, he broke up a flourishing partnership between opener Asa Tribe and Colin Ingram that had accumulated 129 runs for the second wicket with the ninth ball after tea when he trapped Tribe lbw for 70.Ingram, the first player to reach 1,000 first-class runs this season, was at his fluent best and hit 12 fours as he faced 96 balls in an innings that lasted just over two hours.Better was to follow from Taylor when he bowled the dangerous Ingram for 84 in the 50th over to make it 209 for 3. Two overs later he had Kiran Carlson caught at the wicket by James Bracey for 1. That made it 210 for 4 to temporarily put the brakes on Glamorgan.Taylor ended the day with figures of 3 for 43 from 14 overs, including three maidens. The other wicket to fall went to fellow paceman Tom Price, who removed opener Will Smale for 41 thanks to a catch by his brother, Ollie Price.Smale laid a solid foundation with Tribe as they put on 79 for the first wicket in 17.3 overs. Had the catching by the visitors been sharper then Glamorgan would have had a tougher day. No fewer than five catching chances went down.Skipper Sam Northeast and Chris Cooke then got together and put on an enterprising and unbeaten 73 for the fifth wicket before rain stopped play once again at 5.39pm. Cooke plundered seven fours in his 43* in 54 balls, while Northeast was for once the more silent partner with three boundaries in his 27 as Glamorgan reached 283 for 4 before the day was closed at 5.54pm.

He'd be better than Norgaard: Arsenal hold talks to sign £20m midfielder

Slowly and then all at once might be one way to describe Arsenal’s transfer window so far.

For weeks and weeks, it felt like very little was happening at the Emirates, but now Martin Zubimendi’s transfer is reportedly wrapped up, as is Kepa Arrizabalaga’s, and there have been reports of progress being made towards both Rodrygo and Viktor Gyokeres.

It’s not just incomings either, as Fabrizio Romano broke the news yesterday afternoon that Thomas Partey is now “set to leave” this month.

As if that wasn’t enough, yesterday also saw news come out linking Arsenal to Christian Nørgaard as a potential replacement, but if other reports are to be believed, Mikel Arteta could be looking to sign another midfielder who’d be even better than the Brentford star.

Arsenal target Nørgaard upgrade

While it’s been known for a few days now that the contract talks with Partey were not advancing and that there was, therefore, a real chance the Ghanaian could leave this summer, there were no murmurings that Nørgaard was being looked at as a potential signing.

Transfer Focus

Mega money deals, controversial moves and big-name flops. This is the home of transfer news and opinion across Football FanCast.

In fact, the report from Danish journalist Mads Glenn Wehlast on Wednesday morning was the first time most people had any idea the club were even supposedly interested in the 31-year-old.

The report claims that the Gunners have already submitted an offer worth around €11m in total, which is about £9m.

While that could end up being a good deal, there is still another midfielder the club are interested in, someone who’d be a better signing: Lucien Agoume.

According to a recent report from The Athletic, Arsenal are still very much interested in the Sevilla star, who has been the subject of talks.

A price for the young Frenchman is not mentioned in the report, but stories from earlier this week claim that he could be available for just £20m, although he is also a target for Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

It might not be a big-name signing, but based on the ability Agoume has already shown, and the potential so many believe him to possess, it’s one Arsenal should fight for, especially as he would be a better addition to the squad than Nørgaard.

How Agoume compares to Nørgaard

So, if it ends up being a choice between signing Agoume and Nørgaard in the coming weeks, why should Arsenal opt for the former?

Lucien Agoume in action against Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappe.

Well, the first argument, and its significant one, is the statistical one, as when we take a look under the hood and compare their underlying numbers, it becomes clear that the Sevilla star, whom talent scout Jacek Kulig described as “10 out of 10 talent,” is the more well-rounded midfielder.

The Dane might do marginally better in a few metrics, such as non-penalty expected goals plus assists and passing accuracy per 90, but he comes out a clear second-best in most other statistics that are relevant for a number six.

For example, the former Inter Milan gem comes out looking far better in things like progressive passes and carries, key passes, shot-creating actions and, most crucially, tackles, interceptions and aerial duels won per 90.

This suggests that not only does he have the Bees ace beat in plenty of attacking areas, but he’d also be able to better provide cover for the back four, and the fact he’s so good at winning balls in the air will be like music to Arteta’s ears.

Finally, there is another number that matters here: his age.

At 22 years old, the Yaoundé-born maestro has plenty of time to continue developing, and if he does do that, then the Gunners would have a serious midfielder on their hands down the line, whereas at 31, the Brentford star is only going to regress over time.

Moreover, if Zubimendi is going to be the starting six anyway, surely it makes sense to bring in a promising understudy to cover for him, someone who could seriously rival him for game time in a few years.

Ultimately, while Nørgaard wouldn’t be a bad signing by any means, Agoume just looks like the far better option, and therefore, Arsenal should be doing what they can to get him this summer.

Their original Zubimendi: Deal done for £110k-per-week ace to leave Arsenal

Stood on the side of the pitch after Arsenal’s 1-0 win on Sunday, Mikel Arteta issued a rallying cry.

Hopefully the people upstairs do their job, he essentially pleaded, urging the Kroenke’s to put their money where their mouth is and give the Gunners the tools to finally win the Premier League again after 20 long years. It was rather telling.

Arsenal manager MikelArteta

Josh Kroenke, Stan’s son, does at least seem on board, acknowledging in his programme notes for the Newcastle game that “investment” will be made to improve the playing squad.

Time will tell, of course, but there’s a lot to do this summer. That includes signing a striker, a winger, a new back-up goalkeeper and a midfielder too.

Proceedings look set to begin with the arrival of Martin Zubimendi.

Why Arsenal are signing Martin Zubimendi

Back in January reports emerged that Arsenal were working on a deal to bring the Real Sociedad midfielder to the Emirates Stadium.

After signing Mikel Merino from La Real last summer, the relationship between the two is clearly civil and that’s shone through here.

Still, it’s a surprise that the Spaniard has chosen Arsenal as his next destination. After all, it was Premier League title winners, Liverpool, who fought so hard to bring him to England a year ago.

Zubimendi reportedly turned down the Reds’ advances and despite interest from Real Madrid too, the Gunners look set to win the race.

Transfer Focus

Mega money deals, controversial moves and big-name flops. This is the home of transfer news and opinion across Football FanCast.

So, why are they signing him? Well, there’s two principal reasons; Thomas Partey and Jorginho are out of contract at the end of the season. The second is that Zubimendi is rather good at football and the third involves Declan Rice.

With Partey and Jorginho leaving it means Arsenal need a no.6 and in the Sociedad star, they will be signing one of the best in that position in the world.

In the words of data analyst Ben Mattinson, the Spaniard’s “ball temperament is better” than Partey’s, meaning that a combination of Zubimendi and Rice “could be special.”

The Spain international will never be someone to gallivant forward. He only ranks in the worst 14% of midfielders in LaLiga for shot-creating actions and the worst 44% for goals.

What he does do well is sit, dictate and evade the press. Zubimendi sits inside the top 20% in Spain’s top-flight for progressive passes, the best 9% for dribblers tackled and the best 13% for interceptions, rubber stamping his credentials to play at the base of Arsenal’s midfield.

As a consequence, it would free Rice up to play as an 8 on a more regular basis. As we saw during two Man of the Match displays against Real Madrid where he ran the show, he’s really rather good at that.

Yet, Arsenal did actually already have their own Zubimendi.

Arsenal’s very own Zubimendi is set to leave

This is due to be a summer of change in N5 with a batch of players hopefully set to be welcomed to the Emirates and another crop saying their farewells.

On Sunday, we saw Kieran Tierney given one final run out at Arsenal’s home stadium and it’s also likely to have been Jorginho’s final match in the club’s colours.

Indeed, having been brought on as a very late substitute and handed the captain’s armband, it looked like a goodbye from the Italian who is on the verge of moving to Brazil.

Jorginho’s £110k-per-week contract will soon expire and consequently, he has now “sealed” a deal to join Flamengo in time for the Club World Cup according to Fabrizio Romano.

The former Chelsea midfielder has enjoyed a great time of it at Arsenal. Initially the fanbase couldn’t get their heads around why they were signing him but he quickly proved everyone wrong. He’s one of the most consistent and reliable players we’ve seen at the Emirates during its near two decades of existence.

A tempo setter, few have been better in that regard over the last few years. Indeed, during 2022/23, only Rodri made more passes (2,831) in the Premier League than Jorginho (2,404) when compared to Moises Caicedo, Casemiro, Bruno Guimaraes and Declan Rice.

At dictating play, Jorginho is one of the best we’ve seen in recent years in the English top-flight.

It’s for that reason that similarities to Zubimendi emerge. Described as an “elite tempo controller” by the aforementioned Mattinson he’s already suggested that the Spain star is a “deep-lying playmaker like Jorginho”.

As a result, there really does feel like there is no one better suited in Europe’s top leagues for replacing the qualities that the Champions League and Euros winner brought so successfully to Arsenal for a couple of years.

It’s reported that Zubimendi will cost around £51m to bring to England but that certainly feels like money well spent. Arsenal need a midfielder and they need someone to give Rice more freedom in attack. This is the signing that allows that to happen.

He won't start again: Everton's £40k-p/w star looks finished under Moyes

Everton are not trundling but charging into the final stretch of the season, not threatened by relegation but thriving under David Moyes.

Last weekend’s stunning result over Nottingham Forest at the City Ground ended a six-match run without win in the Premier League, though a narrow defeat to Liverpool at Anfield was the only loss in that timeframe.

Oh, The Friedkin Group will already be looking ahead to the summer transfer window and to next season, and Moyes will too, but the Scottish manager’s focus will remain on the current campaign as he further shapes his understanding of the tools at his disposal.

Change is afoot for the Toffees, and it’s not just the scenery that will be restyled. However, there are some players who are proving their worth, proving they can be key features over the coming years.

Jake O’Brien is very much one of them.

Jake O'Brien's emergence

Last season, O’Brien was called a “revelation in defence” for Lyon in Ligue 1 by European football expert Zach Lowy, but few of an Everton persuasion were revelling in his signing before Sean Dyche received the boot.

Indeed, the 6 foot 6 defender stood on the sidelines for the majority of his time on Merseyside before Moyes saw his worth and fashioned him into a makeshift wide man.

Now, he’s undroppable, very much starting to look like something of a revelation in the Premier League as he helps Everton toward their mid-table resurgence.

Everton's Jake O'Brien

Since continuing his dreary role as a bit-parter on Moyes’ (second) Everton debut against Aston Villa, a narrow defeat at Goodison Park, O’Brien has started invariably at right-back, something that seemed patchwork at the start but has become an increasingly comfortable and, in the best way, unnoticeable journey.

Well, largely unnoticeable, with the Irishman actually chipping in with two important goals during recent draws against Brentford and West Ham United.

The 23-year-old’s emergence has come at a cost to another, however, with Ashley Young’s services rendered… not useless, but certainly not worth renewing his current contract as he heads toward his 40th birthday.

Everton veteran is now finished

Young has been a stout presence at Goodison Park over the past few years, signing on as Dyche’s first arrival in July 2023 after his contract with Aston Villa expired.

Ashley Young looks dejected for Everton

However, the 39-year-old, who has entered the final few months of his current deal, has waned since Christmas, last starting in the Premier League during the home loss to Villa in January, a game that saw him make a direct error, cede possession 18 times despite only making one key pass and also win just one of three duels.

It’s safe to say he is not the “machine” that Antonio Conte once described him as during his stint at Inter.

The £40k-per-week veteran may not have any plans to retire just yet, but Everton run the risk of stagnating, should they not recognise the need to part ways with such ageing players at this reshaping moment. Especially, in Young’s case, since O’Brien has been in such fine form.

O’Brien excels in doing the basics well, yet to make a mistake in the Premier League while winning 54% of his duels and averaging 4.5 clearances per game, as per Sofascore.

These almost pragmatic patterns of play, carried with a central defender’s air but nuanced enough to bring his own brand to the full-back berth, suggest that Moyes may yet stick with his Irish star across the upcoming campaign, especially with Nathan Patterson there to provide support.

For Young, a somewhat sad ending given he has fallen into the darkness of the sidelines since Moyes’ return to the club, but it’s understandable that he should part ways at this watershed moment in Everton’s history.

Bramley Moore brings with it a new dawn, and O’Brien is proving himself worthy of a star spot.

The Blues haven’t been shy to splash the cash during the Todd Boehly era, and it appears as though they could be gearing up for another summer of heavy spending, having identified targets in a number of key positions.

A new striker is of particular interest, and talks have now been opened over a deal for Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap, who would ideally arrive at Stamford Bridge prior to the beginning of the Club World Cup in June.

In terms of centre-back targets, AFC Bournemouth’s Dean Huijsen appears to be among the main candidates, with the west Londoners entering discussions for the 19-year-old, while AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez could be brought in at left-back.

Another position in which Enzo Maresca clearly feels he needs to strengthen is central midfield, despite both Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez putting in some impressive performances this season.

According to a report from Spain, Chelsea have now submitted a €35m (£30m) offer for Real Betis’ Johnny Cardoso, but they are not alone in their pursuit, with Premier League rivals Bournemouth making a bid of the same value.

The Blues have been interested in Cardoso for quite some time, and they have now presented a concrete offer for his services, which could be tempting for the Spanish side.

The midfielder wants to move to the Premier League this summer, which indicates he could be keen on heading to Stamford Bridge, but he may have a number of options on the table, with several foreign teams thought to be keen.

"Extraordinary" Cardoso impressing in Spain

It is little wonder the American is starting to attract attention from across Europe, given that he has been impressing for Betis for quite some time, particularly catching the eye from a defensive point of view.

The 23-year-old ranks extremely highly across some key metrics for midfielders over the past year, when compared to his positional peers.

Not only that, but the Betis star has received very high praise from sporting director Manu Fajardo, who lauded the central midfielder as “extraordinary”, while he has also caught the eye of freelance scout Ben Mattinson.

Cardoso could be an excellent signing for Chelsea, although bringing in a new defensive midfielder shouldn’t be a priority this summer, given that Caicedo and Fernandez have both impressed this season.
