وأردف: “كان رفع الكؤوس كقائد من أفضل التجارب، لأنك تتذكر ما كان عليه الحال مع سيرجيو راموس”.

ثم رد كاسياس على مارسيلو، وقال: “أتذكر، لم أحمل الكأس إلا لعشر ثوان”، وعاد مارسيلو ليرد على كاسياس: “كان سيرجيو يأخذها، ويضع عليها وشاحًا”.

كما كشف مارسيلو عن موقف طريف جمعه مع جوزيه مورينيو، مدرب ريال مدريد السابق، حيث أوضح: “لعبت بشكل رائع في هذه المباراة ثم جاءني جوزيه وقال، أنت الأفضل، رائع، ثم عدتُ إلى المنزل وكنت سعيدًا جدًا بكلام مورينيو”.

وأردف: ”في المباراة التالية قدمت أداءًا سيئًا، فقال لي أنت سيء، ماذا تفعل؟ (يضحك)”.

The morning session on both days of the final had plenty for the fast bowlers. That wasn’t the case on day three, though, with the pitch flattening out. Rathod clipped Gurjapneet through midwicket early before Jain reached his second successive fifty with a cut through point. Rathod, too, reached his 150 after the lead crossed the 250-mark.South Zone missed a chance to send back Jain on 61 when he seemingly played and missed a flatter delivery from Ankit. West Ham manager Nuno Espírito Santo has seemingly changed his tune about one member of the Hammers squad he reportedly didn’t fancy, with the tactician speaking highly of him in the build up to this weekend’s clash against Burnley.

Nuno has been very experimental with his Irons team selection since taking over from Graham Potter in September.

One of his first orders of business was axing James Ward-Prowse from the matchday squad entirely, despite the midfielder being vice-captain and an ever-present under Potter.

The 30-year-old hasn’t made a single matchday squad during Nuno’s time in charge and all signs point towards Ward-Prowse leaving West Ham when the January transfer window opens in under two months time.

While the writing is on the wall for Ward-Prowse, Nuno has been chopping and changing his preferred options in recent weeks, especially after striker Niclas Fullkrug’s latest in a long line of injuries.

The Portuguese deployed Lucas Paqueta as a false nine against both Brentford and Leeds United, but to no avail, with Nuno tinkering his full-back and midfield choices for the two defeats as well.

Against Newcastle last weekend, Nuno finally found a winning formula, electing to gift highly-rated youngster Freddie Potts his first Premier League start for the club whilst dropping Paqueta back into midfield, with Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Todibo impressing after swapping sides at centre-back.

Striker Callum Wilson was also handed his first start under Nuno.

The Englishman, who signed on a free transfer from Newcastle in the summer, was finally given the nod but replaced on the hour-mark by Tomas Soucek after putting in a decent shift against his former club.

According to reliable club insider ExWHUemployee last month, when asked why Nuno wasn’t playing Wilson in place of Fullkrug initially, the manager simply didn’t “fancy” the 33-year-old as an option.

However, he now appears to have changed his mind.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of Burnley, Nuno was adamant that Wilson is a “very important” player for West Ham and praised his performance at home to Newcastle.

The 51-year-old also strongly hinted that Wilson is in line for another start against Scott Parker’s side at the London Stadium.

Wilson was once one of the Premier League’s most prolific strikers, scoring 18 top flight goals for Newcastle in 2022/2023 before a plethora of injury problems dampened his form.

So far, the ex-Bournemouth hitman has been fit and readily available for all of West Ham’s games since joining, and Nuno will be praying that continues, at least until January.

West Ham are believed to be in the market for a striker, and this is backed up by the likes of Sky Sports and Fabrizio Romano, with Fullkrug apparently deciding to leave West Ham when the winter window reopens.

وأدت مستويات يامال المميزة مع برشلونة الموسم الماضي، إلى ترشحه لجائزة البالون دور حيث احتل المركز الثاني هذا العام خلف نجم باريس سان جيرمان، عثمان ديمبلي المتوج بها.

وقال يامال في تصريحات نقلتها صحيفة سبورت : ”أصف نفسي كلاعب مرح وأعتقد أن هذه هي الكلمة الأنسب، في النهاية، الهدف هو أن يستمتع الناس بكرة القدم”.

وأضاف يامال في حديثه: ”هدفي ليس تحطيم جميع الأرقام القياسية أو تسجيل مليون هدف، أو لعب مليون مباراة، أنا رياضي أحب الاستمتاع  وآمل أن يرغب الأطفال في أن يكونوا مثلي”.

وأوضح: ”أود أن أغير يوم الناس، إذا كان أحدهم حزينًا ويشاهد مباراتي فأريد أن يتحسن مزاجه، أريده أن يعود إلى منزله أسعد مما كان عليه”.

وأردف: “لم أكن يومًا من أولئك الذين ينزلون إلى الملعب ويقولون أريد تسجيل أربعة أهداف، إذا كنت أريد الاستمتاع وأفعل ما تعلمته بالأمس، وما اعتدت فعله في الحديقة، فأنا أريد أن يستمتع الناس وأريد أن أستمتع مع زملائي، وبالطبع، إذا سجلت الكثير من الأهداف فسيكون أفضل، لكن كرة القدم تتجاوز ذلك”.

وتابع يامال: “في كل مرة أواجه فيها ثلاثة مدافعين لا أعتقد أنهم سيأخذون الكرة مني، مع أن هذا يحدث لي كثيرًا، أحاول دائمًا مواجهة الخصم لأن هذه هي لعبتي ولن تكون كذلك إذا مررت الكرة في كل مرة يأتي فيها مدافعان أو ثلاثة لإيقافي، أفكر في إيجاد الحلول بأفضل طريقة ممكنة”.

وواصل: “لو كنت ظهيرًا لما أحببت تلك الطريقة، لو أفلت مني لاعب أفضل طوال الوقت ومر مني، لطلبت منه أن يبطئ قليلًا، وإلا سوف يسخر مني أصدقائي”.

وعن المقارنة مع أسطورة برشلونة ومنتخب الأرجنتين، ليونيل ميسي استكمل يامال: “أحترمه لما كان عليه ولما يمثله لكرة القدم، وإذا التقينا يومًا ما على أرض الملعب فسيكون هناك احترام متبادل، إنه الأفضل على الإطلاق وكلانا يعلم أنني لا أريد أن أكون ميسي، وميسي يعلم ذلك، أريد أن أسلك طريقي الخاص”.

وعن تعرضه للانتقادات استطرد اللاعب الشاب: “كنت أقول لهم على سبيل المثال، إن كان لديك وظيفة ويسألونك إن كنت تريد أن تكون المدير هل ستوافق أم لا، هذا هو جوابي”.

واعترف يامال بمعاناته قليلًا من حياة النجوم في سن صغيرة، حيث قال: “يخرج الأطفال من المدرسة ويعودون إلى المنزل، بينما أذهب إلى التدريب فأجد أربعة مصورين باباراتزي على بابي يسألونني عن حياتي”.

وأضاف: ”أفتح التلفاز وأرى نفسي هناك، أسير في الشارع، فأرى شابًا يرتدي قميصي، أخرج لشرب مشروب ولا استطيع لأن الناس يمنعونني، لذلك أحاول دائمًا القيام بأبسط الأشياء مثل لعب ألعاب الفيديو، أو زيارة والدتي، أو قضاء الوقت مع أخي، لكن بصراحة لا أعتقد أنني سأصبح مراهقًا عاديًا أبدًا، لأن الناس لا يرونني طبيعيًا ولن أتمكن من التصرف بهذه الطريقة”.

كما اعترف يامال بتأثير والدته الكبير في حياته الشخصية ، حيث أوضح: “عندما عدت من العطلة واضطررت للذهاب إلى منزل والدتي، كنت غائبًا عن المنزل لأيامٍ عديدة، وكان ذلك كافيًا ليخبرني بأي شيء”.

ووصف يامال والدته بالملكة وأنها تساعده كثيرًأ على تقبل الكثير من الأمور، إذ أردف: “السؤال هو من أستمع إليه؟ الإجابة أمي، لا تبالي بتسجيلي للأهداف، هي من تدير أموري وأنا سعيد بذلك”.

وتابع يامال: “في حيي، كانت هناك جدران يجلس عليها الناس ولم يكن هناك شعور أفضل من أن أجعل الجالسين هناك يقفون تقديرًا لما أفعله بالكرة، أعتقد أنه أفضل شعور في العالم، وأتذكر ذلك عندما ألعب في الملعب ويقف المشجعون ويفاجأون باللعب الذي ألعبه”.

وعن ضغط حمل مسئولية برشلونة على كتفيه قال لامين: “إنه أمر نفسي لم أشعر به إطلاقاً، ولا أعتقد أنني أشعر به لأنني لم أختبره قط، لا أشعر بضغط لعب كرة القدم وأنا واثق من قدرتي على تحقيق ما أريد”.

واعترف يامال بأنه لن يقوم بتغيير شخصيته حيث أضاف: “هذه شخصيتي وهذا ما يساعدني على تجنب الانهيار، لم أخلد إلى النوم يوماً غارقاً في الحزن أو الإرهاق، بل أفكر دائماً أن غداً سيكون يوماً آخر”.

وواصل يامال: ”سأذهب إلى التدريب وسأكون أفضل، وستكون عطلة نهاية الأسبوع على ما يرام، هذا يساعدني على الصمود في هذا العالم الصعب”.

وعن فرص إسبانيا في بطولة كأس العالم العام المقبل اختتم لامين: “أصل إلى كأس العالم وأنا في قمة مستواي.، أعتقد أن إسبانيا ستبقى فريقًا عظيمًا لفترة طويلة، البلاد متحمسة وأنا أتطلع بالفعل للمشاركة في البطولة”.

Gardner has been one of the most important drivers of Australia’s unbeaten run in the tournament so far, scoring 265 runs at an average of 88.33 and a strike rate of 128.01, and taking seven wickets with her offspin at 30.00.
