While only the home kit has been officially launched, leaks have already surfaced offering a glimpse of the second and third kits.

So, what will the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham and Thibaut Courtois be wearing when they feature for the Merengues next season? GOAL brings you everything you need to know.

Real Madrid have officially launched their new home kit for the 2025-26 season. Adidas has opted for a clean, traditional white base, enhanced by subtle yet stylish yellow accents and light grey detailing. Black is used for the sponsor and manufacturer logos, while a bold yellow stripe runs down each side of the shirt.

The collar and sleeve cuffs feature faint grey striping, with matching grey panels under the arms and along the sides, adding a modern touch to the classic look.

The kit design draws inspiration from two iconic seasons in Madrid's recent history: the 2009–10 campaign, which marked Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival at the Bernabeu, and the 2015–16 season, when the Portuguese star fired home 16 goals in 12 games en route to a Champions League triumph.

The elite Heat.Rdy version of the shirt will showcase Adidas' latest breathable fabric technology, designed to improve airflow and keep players cool during high-intensity matches. In terms of pricing, the home kit is priced at €150 (£125, $170) for the authentic match strip, while the adult stadium version will cost fans €150 (£85, $115).

The team is set to unveil their new home kit for the upcoming season during the FIFA Club World Cup (Get tickets here). Fans will get their first look at the new strip on June 18, when they kick off the tournament with a clash against Al Hilal, doubling as both their opening fixture and the kit's official debut.

The Real Madrid away kit for 2025-26 was officially unveiled on June 16, 2025.

The kit embraces a striking dark navy blue base, complemented by sleek silver logos and subtle light-volt accents. As with tradition, the crest, Adidas logo, and main sponsor remain in their familiar positions—but this jersey carries a deeper significance beyond its bold colour palette.

More than just a stylish design, the kit serves as a visual tribute to the Santiago Bernabeu's stunning nighttime appearance. Following years of renovation, the Bernabeu now stands as one of the premier football arenas in the world, and Adidas sought to capture its luminous facade in fabric form. The away shirt mirrors the stadium’s glowing exterior lines, which shimmer under the lights in perfect symmetry, using a similarly elegant linear pattern woven into the design.

The kit’s colour scheme evokes memories of Real Madrid's 2012–13 away strip, while design elements like the Tiro 25 template and a standout Teamgeist-style collar add a modern twist with a nod to past classics.

Real Madrid's 2025-26 third kit is a striking tribute to their iconic home—the Santiago Bernabéu. The jersey arrives in a rich blue hue, accented by crisp white trim, taking inspiration from the newly installed seats at the stadium. The shirt’s fabric subtly mimics the contours and shapes of those seats, adding a unique, textured aesthetic.

Inside the collar, fans will find a legendary phrase etched in club lore: This iconic quote dates back to the 1984-85 UEFA Cup semi-final, when Madrid trailed 2-0 to Inter Milan at the San Siro. After the match, the late Juanito delivered those now-immortal words to an Inter defender, warning of the magic—and mayhem—awaiting in Madrid.

The deep blue color closely echoes the shade worn during the 2013-14 season—when Los Blancos lifted their long-awaited La Décima.

Made by Adidas, the third kit officially hits shelves on August 8, 2025. The standard short-sleeved version is priced at £85 ($115), while the authentic match-day edition will set fans back £120 ($162). A must-have for die-hard Madridistas, this shirt blends heritage, style, and history in every stitch.

Mohamed Salah insists Liverpool are not 'favourites' for Premier League title as he names team with 'really good chance' of dethroning Arne Slot's side

Mohamed Salah has surprisingly claimed that Liverpool are not the "favourites" for the 2025-26 Premier League title. Despite the Reds securing a dramatic 4-2 win over Bournemouth in their opener, Salah has admitted that one of their main rivals has a "really good chance" of beating them to the trophy.

For Arsenal, who haven’t claimed the Premier League title since their invincible season in 2004, this year marks another critical push for the coveted crown. The club has made significant investments in the transfer market, spending close to £200 million ($270m) to strengthen the squad. With the arrival of Viktor Gyokeres, Arsenal now have the final piece of the puzzle, adding firepower to a squad that finished second in last season’s title race.

During an interview at the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) awards on Tuesday night, Salah told presenter Cecil Thomas, who is an Arsenal supporter: "I think you have a great team this season as you did last season. So, you have really good chance. I think you are the favourite now because you players who have been together for five years. I can’t say I’ll wish you luck – hopefully we do it again."

At the PFA awards, Salah was crowned the PFA Players' Player of the Year for a third time, becoming the first man in Premier League history to win the award three times. The 33-year-old forward, who amassed a staggering 29 goals and 18 assists last season, was recognised for one of the greatest individual performances the league has seen.

Despite Salah’s confidence in Arsenal’s ability, Liverpool are ready to build on their strong start. After securing three points against Bournemouth, Arne Slot’s side will travel to St. James’ Park to face Newcastle United on Monday. This early-season clash could have a significant bearing on the title race with both clubs desperate to make a statement.

Real Madrid to step up Adam Wharton pursuit as Xabi Alonso demands new midfielder with Dani Ceballos heading to Marseille

Adam Wharton is among the shortlisted candidates to bolster Real Madrid's midfield, with Dani Ceballos likely to join French side Marseille.

Wharton on Madrid's radar Spanish side could make a move for midfielder this summerXabi Alonso wants midfield strengthened if Ceballos leaves Follow GOAL on WhatsApp! 🟢📱WHAT HAPPENED?

According to a report from , Real Madrid could step up their efforts to sign Wharton from Crystal Palace this summer, especially if Ceballos departs to join Marseille. Per the report, Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso believes that Ceballos' departure will leave the midfield without adequate depth, considering that Jude Bellingham will not return until October and Eduardo Camavinga having been ruled out until mid-September.

AdvertisementGetty Images SportTHE BIGGER PICTURE

Wharton is a name that has been regularly linked with Madrid over the past few months, although not with as much intensity. However, the fact that his name has hit the front pages of Spanish newspapers makes one believe that the club really likes the Palace star. Since the departures of Toni Kroos last summer and Luka Modric this summer, the club has been desperate to find a pivot who can orchestrate play from the deep.

While the arrival of Dean Huijsen and the positional shift of Arda Guler into midfield have offered initial solutions for Alonso, the manager remains intent on bolstering his squad further. Alonso is actively pursuing the signing of a new midfielder, one capable of providing both tactical stability and valuable depth to the team. The issue, however, remains the reported price tag of Wharton. With Rodrygo's departure seemingly unlikely, Los Blancos have second thoughts about Wharton's valuation; indeed, mention that the Eagles would demand €80 million (£69m/$93m) for the 21-year-old, who is tied at Selhurst Park until 2029.

TELL ME MORE

Apart from Wharton, AZ Alkmaar's Kees Smit is another player Madrid are keeping a keen eye on. The 19-year-old was one of the stars of the U19 European Championship earlier this summer and would be a relatively much cheaper option, valued at just €25-30m. While he is not the club's priority, he is very much someone the club has on their radar. Indeed, Madrid scouts regularly visit Alkmaar games to monitor the teenage Dutchman.

If an external solution cannot be found in time, Alonso doesn't rule out counting on academy gem Thiago Pitarch. The recently-turned 18-year-old has surprised the coaching staff and has made it to the squads for the opening two La Liga fixtures after making his unofficial debut for the club in the summer friendly against WSG Tirol two weeks ago. While he is yet to make his competitive debut, Alonso is ready to count on Pitarch if need be.

Whether Madrid can sign a new midfielder depends on what happens with Ceballos. The former Real Betis midfielder hinted at his exit after commenting "Last dance" on social media. In recent days, reports suggest that he is closing in on a move to Stade Velodrome, with Marseille head coach Roberto De Zerbi even assuring the 29-year-old that he will be important to his plans this season. However, the finances are proving to be a major stumbling block. Les Olympiens insist on a loan deal with an obligation to buy, while Madrid are adamant on selling him for €15 million. For what it's worth, Alonso has already requested the club not to offload Ceballos. But with the World Cup next year, the central midfielder dreams of a call-up from Spain boss Luis de la Fuente at the marquee event.

Alejandro Garnacho to leave Man Utd! Chelsea finally strike £40m transfer breakthrough for Old Trafford outcast

According to Fabrizio Romano, Garnacho will join Chelsea for a fee close to £40m ($54m) on a seven-year deal. He adds that the winger only wanted the Blues, and now he is set to move to the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Chelsea have been interested in the Argentine international since January but that interest has intensified after tensions flared between Garnacho and United head coach Ruben Amorim at the end of last season. It was crystal clear that the 21-year-old did not have a future at the Red Devils after being jettisoned to their 'bomb squad' earlier this summer but now the academy product will head for pastures new. The Blues have secured one of their main targets before the transfer window shuts, and United can pocket a healthy amount of money in their coffers.

Garnacho, who still has nearly three years left on his United contract, made his Red Devils debut in the 2021-22 season. To date, he has chalked up 144 appearances for the club, scoring 26 goals and adding 22 assists along the way.

Lewandowski quit the national team after being stripped of the captaincy by Probierz, with the armband subsequently given to Piotr Zielinski. The conflict escalated after the 37-year-old withdrew from a training camp in June, citing fatigue. He later publicly stated he would not play for Poland again until Probierz was no longer the manager. Following the coach's dismissal, Lewandowski has immediately made himself available for selection once more.

WHAT JAN URBAN SAID

Urban confirmed he had reached out to the prolific striker to facilitate his return, saying: "I'd like us to start training camp with a clean slate. Robert Lewandowski will be the team captain, and he will appear with me at Monday's press conference. I've appointed Piotr Zieliński as vice-captain, and Jan Bednarek will be the third captain. Arsenal fans will be delighted by the news that she has tied her long-term future to the club now, having become a crucial player as the starting centre forward in Renee Slegers' team. If the Gunners are to sustain a serious title charge in the 2025-26 season, the England striker will almost certainly be instrumental.

WHAT RUSSO SAID

"Arsenal feels like home," Russo said upon the announcement. "This is such a special club and it has felt that way to me from the moment I joined two years ago. Playing for Arsenal is an honour and has pushed me to develop and grow as a player, and I feel empowered with this badge on my chest.

"I’m so proud of everything we’ve achieved together as a club, with our supporters driving us forward. But I’m still so hungry for more success, and I know that’s shared by everyone here at the club. I can’t wait to get started this season, starting with this Saturday at Emirates Stadium."

Head coach Slegers added: "Alessia is a really important part of our group and I’m so pleased that she has signed a new deal here. As a striker, Alessia’s goals often take the spotlight, but she brings so much more to our group. She’s a selfless player, working so hard for the team, and she also contributes so much to our team culture. I’m looking forward to striving for more together."

Will Hyderabad's sun rise in David Warner's absence?

After two successful seasons and a good auction, Sunrisers would have counted themselves among the favourites. But how will they cope after losing captain Warner?

Srinath Sripath05-Apr-2018Big pictureNobody, not even the returning Chennai Super Kings, have come close to retaining as sizeable a chunk of their squad as Sunrisers have. Thirteen players – twelve, without the suspended David Warner – from their IPL 2017 squad will be part of the mix again this season, and if indeed an aspect of their game was broke ( wicketkeeping, middle-order batting, David Warner), they seem to have spruced it up with necessary fixes and upgrades. After a title-winning 2016 season, and a playoff exit last year, Sunrisers go into IPL 2018 with one of the strongest squads on paper, with backups at the ready for almost every single role.Squad

Kane Williamson (capt), Shikhar Dhawan, Alex Hales, Manish Pandey, Yusuf Pathan, Deepak Hooda, Shakib Al Hasan, Mohammad Nabi, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Ricky Bhui, Tanmay Agarwal, Sachin Baby, Carlos Brathwaite, Chris Jordan, Shreevats Goswami (wk), Mehdi Hasan, Bipul Sharma, Rashid Khan, Syed Khaleel Ahmed, T Natarajan, Sandeep Sharma, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Siddarth Kaul, Basil Thampi, Billy Stanlake
Where they finished in 2017: Fourth place
Will they make the playoffs? Despite Warner’s absence, they should have enough legs to make the top four once again.

By many counts, Sunrisers did some of the most astute business at the auction. They retained their two indispensable assets, Warner and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, saved a few crores while reacquiring Afghanistan wristspinner Rashid Khan, and got back most of their core without getting into manic bidding wars. Wriddhiman Saha’s acquisition offers them a safer pair of hands and useful runs, Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan have been brought in to shore up a flagging middle order, while snapping up the consistent Sandeep Sharma’s services for INR 3 Crore ($0.47 million) was somewhat of a steal. That’s most boxes ticked, especially when you consider how much tinkering big auctions force upon franchises. The biggest question facing them is how they will cope with Warner’s absence. He has been replaced by Kane Williamson as captain, and by the big-hitting Alex Hales at the top of the order. Three seasons on after being signed up by Sunrisers, Williamson has only played 15 games, his steady batting often proving superfluous to their requirements. How he fares with the bat in the absence of the run-machine Warner will be key to their fortunes. The good
In Warner’s absence, bowling is clearly Sunrisers’ stronger suit. They arguably have the best Powerplay bowling combination in Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Sandeep Sharma, who have a combined economy rate of 6.47 over the past three seasons while picking up a wicket every 25 balls. Bhuvneshwar’s excellence extends to death bowling, where his accuracy has won tight games in recent times.Joining forces with them will be Rashid Khan, whose value more than doubled after a breakout debut season, in which he derailed many an innings in the middle overs with his befuddling variations. An economy rate of 6.35 in this phase with a wicket every 20 balls, every franchise think-tank would tell you, is gold dust. They also have Shakib Al Hasan and Mohammad Nabi in their ranks, two allrounders who could be tasked with the specialist middle-overs run-choker’s role: Shakib concedes 7.03 per over in this phase, while Nabi, albeit on a limited sample size, proved effective last season. Overall, it looks a bowling attack with horses for every possible course. The badYou guessed it: Warner’s absence and the near-impossible task of replacing him. As the dashing half of Sunrisers’ opening partnership with Shikhar Dhawan (Warner’s SR since 2015: 149.59, Dhawan’s 122.18), Warner raced off the blocks, made up for sedate partners when needed, and bossed chases like no other opener has in recent times: he averages a mighty 64.30 while chasing targets over the past three seasons. He has been replaced by Hales, who has remarkably not played a single IPL game yet, and comes with a T20 strike rate of 154.03 since 2015, the fourth-highest among openers. While Hales’ hitting abilities are well-known, he is nowhere close to as prolific a run-scorer as Warner, who averages an incredible 53.97 over the past three IPL seasons, with a fifty-plus score almost every second game. The other option would be for Kane Williamson to open with Dhawan, which could well see the latter forced into playing a far more adventurous role, shades of which have been visible in his recent performances for India. The overseas question Captain Williamson and Rashid Khan should pick themselves, while Alex Hales should finally get his long-pending IPL debut in the first few games. The fourth spot is open for all kinds of debate, between three allrounders – the fingerspin duo of Shakib and Nabi, and the seam-bowling big-hitting option in Carlos Brathwaite. Nabi played just three games in IPL 2017, and all three of them could be rotated through the season on the basis of form and conditions. They also have Stanlake and Chris Jordan in the mix, but given their array of domestic seam-bowling options, it is hard to see them get a look-in, at least in the first few games. The planSunrisers could shift from the win-toss, bowl-first mindset that is now the norm in T20 cricket. Among sides that have played in each of the past three seasons, they have been the most successful side while defending totals, winning 16 of their 27 games, and a strengthened bowling attack is only likely to improve on that. Not a single T20 game has been played at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium since the last IPL – India’s game against Australia was washed out – and how the pitch will play is anyone’s guess. With the variety and depth of bowling options at their disposal, they would back themselves to succeed irrespective of the conditions on offer.Possible starting XI: 1 Shikhar Dhawan, 2 Alex Hales, 3 Kane Williamson (c), 4 Manish Pandey, 5 Deepak Hooda, 6 Shakib Al Hasan, 7 Wriddhiman Saha (wk), 8 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 9 Rashid Khan, 10 Sandeep Sharma, 11 Siddarth Kaul/Basil Thampi The brainsTom Moody (head coach), Simon Helmot (assistant coach), Muttiah Muralitharan (bowling coach), VVS Laxman (mentor)

With Mitchell injured, Josh Clarkson is set to make his T20I debut in the three-match home series against Australia

He is currently with MI Emirates in UAE’s ILT20 league, where his franchise has made it to the knockouts. Should MI Emirates make Saturday’s final, Boult will only have a six-day break before he lines up for New Zealand in the second T20I in Auckland.Boult has not played for New Zealand since the 2023 ODI World Cup semi-final in Mumbai, where New Zealand lost to India. Mitchell has been carrying the injury for around six to seven months and is giving himself the best chance of recovering for the two-match Test series against Australia, which begins on February 29, also in Wellington.Related
